2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a full product return, the item must be in the exact condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and contained within its original factory packaging. Any items damaged through user misuse or showing significant alteration will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs:  Free

We do not penalize our customers for returns. There are no restocking fees, and we provide 100% Free Return Shipping. We will issue a pre-paid printable shipping label via email once your return is formally approved.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate a request by emailing support@apao.shop with your original Order Number (e.g., #APAO1001) and clear photos documenting the item's condition.
  2. If your request complies with our guidelines, our system will email you a pre-paid return label along with precise drop-off instructions.
  3. Print the label, securely pack the product, and drop it off at the designated carrier facility. Do NOT ship items back to the manufacturer or the original warehouse address without our pre-printed label, as we will be unable to trace or log the package.

5. Inspection & Refund Timeline (Max 10 Days)

Once your return shipment arrives at our inspection depot, our team will verify the contents within 3 business days. You will receive an immediate automated email notification confirming receipt and approval status. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 calendar days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers can take an additional 2-5 business days to post the balance back to your account.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your cargo immediately upon arrival. If an item is found to be defective, physically broken, or structurally incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will fast-track an absolute free replacement or full refund, covering all associated transactional costs.
